ORDERING FROM OUR COLLECTION

PRICE
All prices are final at the time of publishing and are not subject to VAT. Price includes shipping cost.

PAYMENT
We require deposit ( 50%) in advance. Payment of the balance is required before completed order can be dispatched.
Payment is accepted by :
- cheque(s) drawn on a UK bank (please, allow 4 working days for cheque clearance);
- bank transfer;
- on-line by credit or debit card via PayPal (no PayPal account required);
- cash/ postal order.

LEAD TIME:
Lead time starts from the date of receiving deposit, normally 4-6 weeks (excluding time of delivery).
Acceptance of urgent work is at our discretion, and the work will attract a premium charge.

DELIVERY
Delivery is usually within 1-2 working days (UK only), by recorded service. Cost of delivery within the UK main land - £12-23, depending on parcels weight.

We are not liable for any loss, whether consequential or incidental, or damage arising from any act of matter beyond our control and late arrival of goods, which can be attributed to the carrier.

SIZE
All outfits in our Designer Collection are designed to our standard size chart. Size range varies depending on design's style. Designs can be made to customer's specific measurements, different to our standard sizes, as made-to-measure garments.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We take a great pride in all outfits we sell to our customers. However if customer is dissatisfied with the product we will assist her in obtaining a prompt refund.
Garments made-to-measure (measurements, different to our size chart), or/and to specific customer's requirements (including size not listed in design's Order form), are not qualified for return and refund.
All returns are subject to a 12% administration charge per item.
Before returning the item, please, first contact us for a return authorization, within 48 hours of receiving the item. It must be returned in its original condition: clean, intact and with all tags still attached and in the original packaging in which it was sent. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving them.
Safe return of the product is the responsibility of the customer. Delivery charges for the item will not be reimbursed.
Upon safe receipt of the garment a refund will be processed. Please, allow up to 30 days for refunds.
